1. Legal Center Scope

This Legal Center summarizes the policies and notices that apply to Linkrise. It is not a substitute for the full Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, and it does not create separate rights beyond those documents.

If there is a conflict between this Legal Center and a dedicated policy page, the dedicated policy page controls.

2. Operator and Contact

Linkrise is a business registered in the Republic of Korea (Business Registration No. 643-29-01980). For legal notices, compliance matters, privacy requests, copyright notices, payment-policy questions, and law-enforcement requests, contact support@linkrise.me.

Please include enough information for us to understand the request, verify authority where needed, and locate the relevant account, public profile URL, transaction, or content.

3. Payments and Merchant of Record

Paid Linkrise plans are intended to be sold through Paddle. For transactions completed through Paddle checkout, Paddle acts as merchant of record and handles payment processing, tax/VAT calculation and remittance, invoices, receipts, refunds, chargebacks, and PCI-related payment responsibilities.

Linkrise receives limited billing status and subscription data from Paddle to manage plan access. We do not need to store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.

4. Intellectual Property

All Linkrise trademarks, logos, product names, interface designs, copy, and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use Linkrise branding in a misleading, confusing, or unauthorized way.

You keep ownership of content you publish, but you must have the rights needed to publish it and to link to any third-party destination from your profile.

5. Copyright and Takedown Requests

If you believe content on Linkrise infringes your copyright or other rights, send a notice with enough detail for us to review it.

  • Identify the copyrighted work or right you believe is infringed
  • Identify the Linkrise URL, profile, link, image, or other material at issue
  • Include your name, contact information, and a statement that the information is accurate
  • Explain your authority to act for the rights owner, if you are not the owner

6. Abuse, Safety, and Public Profiles

Public profiles and outbound links must not be used for phishing, malware, fraud, impersonation, spam, unlawful transactions, rights infringement, or attempts to evade platform safety controls.

We may remove content, disable links, limit traffic, suspend accounts, preserve records, or report activity when needed to protect users, Linkrise, payment partners, or the public.

7. Law Enforcement and Regulatory Requests

We review lawful requests from regulators, courts, and law-enforcement authorities. Requests should identify the legal basis, requested scope, relevant account or profile, deadline, and contact details for the requesting authority.

We may notify affected users unless prohibited by law, safety concerns, or the request itself.

8. Policy Documents

Use the links below to review the current policy documents.

  • Privacy Policy: how Linkrise collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information
  • Cookie Policy: how Linkrise uses essential cookies, browser storage, and provider cookies

Notice, Review, and Preservation Process

A content or rights notice should identify the reporter, the exact Linkrise URL or material, the right or law involved, the requested action, supporting evidence, and a good-faith statement that the information is accurate. Do not include unrelated sensitive information. We may request verification, forward the substance of a notice to the affected creator where lawful, preserve relevant records, restrict content, or decline an incomplete or abusive notice.

An affected creator may request review and provide authorization, license, mistaken-identification, or other supporting evidence. Restoration is not guaranteed where the content remains unsafe, unlawful, contractually prohibited, or restricted by a provider. Repeat or serious infringement, phishing, fraud, or abuse may lead to account termination.

Linkrise is a business registered in the Republic of Korea (Business Registration No. 643-29-01980). Send legal, privacy, compliance, and support notices to support@linkrise.me. We will provide a physical service address where applicable law or a verified legal process requires it.

Third-Party Integrations and Service Availability

Third-party providers control their own eligibility reviews, policies, availability, delivery, and account actions. Linkrise may restrict an integration when provider rules, security, abuse prevention, law, or operational stability requires it, but does not guarantee that a provider will approve, deliver, or continue a connected service.

Material changes to paid access remain subject to the notice, cancellation, refund, and mandatory-rights protections described in the Terms of Service. No disclaimer removes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
